As a business, we are continually monitoring all our operational procedures. All our procedures are controlled documents that are reviewed by our Quality teams. We employ an external consultancy to independently monitor the performance and adherence to our quality management system on a weekly basis. The systems performance is monitored at our monthly quality management meetings attended by the senior management team.
With ISO 27001 Accreditation our customers have confidence in all our operations and on a daily basis all production staff participate in a production quality meeting where any issues are discussed in an open forum and resolution agreed collaboratively. We also discuss performance improvement and innovation.
This meeting is used to brief all staff on new applications, the run-instructions and work-orders to ensure everybody is fully aware of their role in meeting our customer expectations.
Within the production environment we have ‘quality agents’ who’s role is to independently audit randomly selected applications on an hourly basis. Typically over a 24 hour period we will randomly carry out over 40+ audits. Any issues identified will be recorded and addressed immediately and their findings discussed openly at the daily quality meetings.
Our Accreditations are a driving factor in our day to day operations and the client relationship management that is evident in every area of our business.
