Personalisation and Mailing

Our customers demand a Service Level of print delivered on schedule 100% of the time; meaning that a document is Personalised and printed, packaged and delivered to the correct location to the specified quality, regardless of whether it is a council tax bill, payroll or cheque print or a mailing to a major football club's fans, we universally meet these SLA commitments.

Printing over 4,500 critical print jobs per month comprising over 250,000 documents per day, on time, every time, requires detailed planning backed by first class procedures and executed by an experienced workforce.

Print Stationery Supplies

Through deploying innovative design and use of colour, we save many of our customers the expense of pre-printed stationery and potential obsolescence wastage caused by stationery changes. Where pre-printed stationery is specified by our customers we also undertake the specification, ordering, warehousing and management of a vast quantity of our customer's bespoke stationery, eliminating their expense in managing paper supplies and taking advantage of DO combined purchasing power and economy of scale. Our stock systems monitor stock levels to ensure that re-ordering is timeous and stock is held in an environment conducive to lasering.

Data and Document Integrity & Security

Every job to be processed and printed at DO receives a customer data file in an bespoke customer agreed format, via a highly secure electronic process. From scheduled data receipt we have a sophisticated, resilient & secure communications infrastructure including data encryption and firewalls. When information is received, automated tasks are initiated to validate data ensuring file integrity and appropriateness for the required task. File receipt is acknowledged, time stamped and the job is entered into our production management system. At this point web based job tacking is available through strict password access.

Jobs are then processed through our mail-sort discount software for optimised savings and the job is then printed on one of DO six high-speed, high volume, production printers where there is no single point of failure and our 24 hour operation provides us with the flexibility to cater for any customer data delays.

Following the lasering process, where applicable, one of our five intelligent high-speed insertion and enveloping systems with full document control integrity provides the means to selectively insert documents and prepare for despatch, either direct into to postal system or for direct delivery.

Job Auditing

A complete audit trail per job is maintained from file receipt, customer proof signoff, through lasering, enveloping and mailing. Statistics on job volumes and cost are detailed on invoices and a full customer spend, by job is available as part of a monthly management information pack, allowing customers to monitor and control spend.
