We are delighted to announce that Document Outsourcing Limited recently became one of the first Mailing and Fulfilment Houses to be accepted into the Royal Mail ‘Mailing House Scheme’ – which replaces ‘QMP’.

Accreditation is based on meeting strict quality criteria in many areas including:

• Print and production
• Mailing and fulfilment
• Data control, security and management
• Presentation of mail
• Environmental awareness - including recycling and energy efficiency
• Health and safety
• Staff training
• Customer Service

To date, all companies accredited to the scheme have been awarded ‘Bronze’ status.
