The ability to insert multiple items at high speed of varying substrates is typically how you measure your inserting capabilities.

Other’s may use words such as a closed-loop processes such as file-based integrity enveloping. At Document Outsourcing our processes and procedures enables us to provide all of the above. We can insert up to 10 inserts, our machinery is high speed capable of inserting up to 50,000 items per hour full load. We reconcile all aspects of the work to ensure that our defect rate is zero. Our machinery weighs the packs to identify any discrepancies.

However, it is our ability to manage small batch sizes that makes us unique. We have carefully selected our equipment to ensure that we can deal with small batches effectively and efficiently. On a daily basis, we envelope over 50 customer jobs of less than 100 items. The choice of machinery we have located at our Bellshill and Warrington facilities, enables us to turn around these jobs with minimum set-up time and meeting our customer’s requirements. Having a wide variety of equipment provided by various suppliers prohibits over reliance on one manufacturer. We easily handle multiple pages, selective inserts and our unique process of sorting the data and analysing enables us to ensure the items are already sorted as they come off the line.
